Information about renewing your AMTRA status for 2021 was sent to all AMTRA RAMAs on 13 October, by email or by post. Anyone wanting to continue to act as an AMTRA RAMA after 31 December 2020 should have paid their annual renewal fee or had it paid by their employer by 30 November to avoid late fees. VMD will be notified of those for whom no payment had been made.
Individual RAMAs can pay by logging in (with their AMTRA number starting with Q as the user-id).
Employers can log in (using their employer user-id, usually the email address of our employer contact) to pay for their RAMAs, or to remove RAMAs who no longer work for them. Employer contacts who are also RAMAs should log in with the email address if they want to handle company details, or their personal AMTRA number if they want to manage their personal details.
When paid by 30 November 2020 for the following year, the renewal fee is:
A discount of £2 per person is available to those paying by the due date either online on the AMTRA website (either as individuals or smaller businesses paying for multiple RAMAs), or for larger businesses managing their RAMAs’ renewals on their behalf in an agreed manner.
A late payment fee is charged on those renewing after 30 November 2020 but by 31 March 2021, making the total fee £59. After this, the reinstatement fee is payable.
