SQP Examination Centres and Taught Courses
Training to become an SQP can be undertaken as home-based learning using the AMTRA training manual with 13 months from enrolment in which to qualify. (An additional fee may be charged if the exam is not taken within 13 months of enrolment.) Taught courses are offered by some colleges and trainers on a commercial basis, and although they are highly advantageous, they are an "optional extra".
Current AMTRA Examination centres also offering training courses are listed below, with the timetable of courses and examinations currently on offer. Further exam dates and optional training courses will be added to this list as they become available. Check the AMTRA website (www.amtra.org.uk) for the most up to date information.

Exam bookings must be received by AMTRA an absolute minimum of 2 weeks prior to the exam date. Some exams fill up well in advance.

Please note: while most of the exam centres are suitable for access by wheelchair and others with mobility difficulties, not all are. If this may cause problems for you, please contact us to seek advice before booking your exam.
