Data protection for SQPs and SQP students
AMTRA holds such data about SQPs and SQP students as may be necessary to perform AMTRA's duties as a body appointed by the Secretary of State under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations to keep a register of Suitably Qualified Persons.
AMTRA will provide such information to official bodies as they may require for the performance of their duties, including but not limited to the VMD and DHSSPS(NI).
AMTRA will never sell personal information to any third party.
AMTRA may share such information with third parties as is necessary for the performance of its duties, such as data in connection with sitting examinations through Harper Adams University College, and to enable accurate records of SQPs' CPD points to be kept.
AMTRA may share information with third parties to enable them to provide SQPs with information which AMTRA believes may be of value in performance of their duties as an SQP, including but not limited to supply of OvertheCounter magazine, Equestrian Trade News magazine for appropriate classes of SQP, (for SQPs employed by AHDA members) information on animal health from Moredun, and information about forthcoming CPD events run bythird parties.
